Refund policy
Returns
You have 14 days of receiving your order to return it.
Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for their exchanges and returns. Due to the personal and intimate nature of bath and body products, NO packaging will be accepted for a refund or exchange if products have been opened or tampered with.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We will not accept returns if you purchased a specific scent and decide that it's not your favorite. The selection of specific scents are solely based upon your preference.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your financial institute, each banks processing time varies. If you've done all of this and you still have yet to receive your refund, please contact us at support@beyondbodie.com
Sale items (if applicable)
All sales items are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must take detailed photos of damaged item(s) and submit them to support@beyondbodie.com for review within 24 hours of receiving your package. No replacements or refunds will be issued without submitted photos within the allotted time frame of 24 hours
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Beyond Bodie, 113 West G Street #206, San Diego CA 92101, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
